On a hill overlooking the old town of Brno is the Spilberk Fortress. The 13th-century castle now houses a museum and a restaurant. The former dungeons in the basement of the castle can also be visited today. In summer, concerts are often held in the courtyard of the imposing building.

But also the surrounding area of Brno has a lot to offer. To the north of the city, for example, lies the so-called Moravian Karst, a low mountain range with over 1000 caves.
